1. WHY CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Opening an account will allow you to pre-order items from the Michaud e-Boutique. Once registered, you will no longer need to fill in your personal information and completing your pre-order will take far less time. Not only can you save your preferences in your "Selection", by subscribing to the newsletter, you will be kept up to date with what’s new at Michaud.

2. HOW TO PRE-ORDER ONLINE?

Your shopping cart:

Items added to your cart are kept there as long as your session is active.

Your first selection:

Once you have made your choice, click on "Add to cart" to place the item in your cart.

When you are ready to finalise your pre-order, click on the "Pre-order" button. You will then be guided through the pre-order procedure. You can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking on "Delete".

3. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PRE-ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

A few minutes after your pre-order is approved, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us via online@michaud.ch.

4. IS THE ITEM I WANT IN STOCK?

A selection of articles is available for pre-order on our website. When the article is available, a green dot is displayed. If there is no green dot, it means that the article is temporarily out of stock. You can contact our Customer Relations Department by email at the following address: online@michaud.ch or ask to be called back at your convenience by a Michaud advisor by giving us your phone number in the Contact section.

5. I CAN'T FIND THE ARTICLE I'M LOOKING FOR ON THE WEBSITE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Some items sold in our boutiques may not be presented and available for sale on Michaud's website. If you have any questions, you can contact our Customer Relations Department by email at the online@michaud.ch address, or else provide us with your phone number and ask to be called back at your convenience by a Michaud sales advisor.

6. WHEN ARE PRE-ORDERED ARTICLES READY FOR COLLECTION?

The date on which pre-ordered articles are ready for collection depends on their availability. Our Michaud sales advisor will give you all the details once your pre-order has been approved.

7. DOES VAT APPLY TO AN ONLINE PRE-ORDER?

The Swiss 7.7 % VAT rate is included in the sales price of our products.

8. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Michaud provides complimentary delivery.

9. TO WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED?

We deliver online orders in Switzerland only.

10. CAN I OBTAIN A TAX REFUND?

Foreign visitors to Switzerland can obtain in-store tax exemption. The amount of Swiss VAT can be deducted from the selling price if the tax exemption document is filled out in the boutique during your visit and the purchased item is officially exported via customs when you leave Swiss territory.

11. HOW AND WHEN DO I DETERMINE THE SIZE OF RINGS AND BRACELETS?

The size of a ring or bracelet ordered online will be determined once your pre-order has been approved. Our Michaud sales advisor will contact you to collect this information or to help you define the desired size. You will be sent details of the procedure for determining your size.

This also applies to watch bracelet size-adjustment.

12. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you have a return request, however, we recommend that you contact our Michaud sales advisor who will guide you through the returns procedure. If an item purchased from us does not suit you, you have 14 days to return or exchange it, as long as you return the item to us in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. The return must be made by registered post or in person. The item must have all protective materials in place and be accompanied by any affixed labels and stickers. Engraved or custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

13. I AM HAVING A GIFT DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT. IF THE ARTICLE DOES NOT PLEASE THEM, WILL THEY BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE IT?

If the item does not suit, you are welcome to collect it and return it (within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the parcel) in order to place a new order.

To do this, please contact your Michaud sales advisor by sending an email to online@michaud.ch.

14. CAN I PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER IN THE VERBIER OR NEUCHÂTEL BOUTIQUE?

Yes, this option can be selected once the pre-order has been approved.

15. CAN ITEM PURCHASED THROUGH THE MICHAUD E-BOUTIQUE BE CUSTOMISED?

Some items can be personalised or engraved. If desired, this service can be discussed with your Michaud advisor. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

16. HOW DOES THE GIFT-WRAPPING SERVICE WORK?

Michaud's jewellery store offers free gift wrapping which includes a gift wrap, a decorative ribbon and a card printed with your gift message on the wrapping. Please be sure to mention this during any verbal or written contact with your Michaud sales advisor.

17. HOW DO I CONTACT MICHAUD'S JEWELLERY STORE FOR ALL MATTERS CONCERNING MY ONLINE PRE-ORDER?
